Which performance documents should I request?
Ask for the applicable NFRC certification and test information for your selected series and glazing. Share your project’s energy and performance requirements with the team when requesting a quote.
How are lead time and delivery arranged?
Timing is confirmed around the approved drawings, quantities, finish and shipping plan. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP options can be discussed for your destination; confirm the scope and costs in your quotation.
What installation and warranty support is available?
Installation guidance and after-sales support are available. Selected glass, hardware, seals and insulation strips have coverage of up to 10 years for verified material or manufacturing defects under normal use. Confirm component coverage, exclusions and service arrangements with your order.
