Validation Testing

In our Safety Testing Center, complete window units are verified in an integrated chamber for wind pressure, air tightness, and water tightness. Spray racks, water mist, pressure gauges, and live data capture are visible during the run, while an engineer in PPE monitors conditions to keep the test protocol stable and repeatable.

Scaling to Production

After validation, proven parameters are transferred to Industry 4.0 automation—CNC cutting, precision machining, or timed assembly stations. Barcodes, station QC cards, and Andon boards (can be softly blurred) signal standardized inspection gates and full traceability. The goal is to preserve validated tolerances and performance at mass-production scale.

On-Site Proof

We validate performance where it matters—on the installed project. A technician scans the interior side with a thermal camera, with the window and device screen in the same frame, showing real-time heat distribution for insulation verification. If needed, a sound meter can confirm acoustic results in noisy environments with clear readings.

After-Sales Warranty Coverage

Within 10 years of purchase, free repair or replacement for self-explosion, fogging inside insulated glass, decorative bar defects, or tempered dimming defects. Coverage applies after inspection and verification.

Hardware

Within 10 years, free repair or replacement for functional failures in handles, hinges, and locks. Coverage focuses on parts that cannot operate as intended under normal use.

Seals

Within 10 years, free replacement if seals crack or age to the point they cannot perform their sealing role. Coverage applies after inspection and confirmation of the issue.

Insulation strips

Within 10 years, free replacement for natural cracking or similar failures that reduce insulation performance. Coverage applies after inspection and verification.
