The test module wall. Compression and shear resistance, water penetration, durability, and a row of finish samples side by side. Every claim the sales team makes has a physical counterpart on that wall.

By the end of the showroom walk-through he already knew the products were right. The laboratory answered a different question: whether the factory behind them could be trusted at scale.
