Product Details
The WT-93 is a three-track external screen thermal-break sliding window under the E2T new system, built with 6063-T5 thermal-break aluminum and PA66 thermal break strips. The three-track structure places the screen sash on the outdoor side, keeping the indoor side for glass sash and handle operation. The system wall occupation is 93 mm, with an indoor and outdoor main visible face of about 43 mm. The external screen uses 304 stainless steel safety mesh, and the screen sash slides independently with a maximum recommended width of about 1300 mm and is removable for cleaning. The one-piece outer frame reduces splice seams, and tracks use high-low difference and separate chamber drainage. The glass sash uses custom silent pulleys and stainless steel load-bearing bottom components, while tracks include upper anti-swing and anti-theft limit blocks to control sash jump and lifting.
Available combinations include three-sash three-track, six-sash three-track, left-right fixed with middle opening, top light, bottom fixed, and large-area combination windows. Standard glass is 5 mm + 12A + 5 mm double tempered insulated glass with PVDF spacer, with optional Low-E, tinted, coated, laminated, frosted, or motorized blind glass. Adjustable items include fixed glass ratio, mullion position, glass type, screen mesh density, lock, drainage cover color, and edge wrapping. Order data should list finished width/height, three or six sash, opening direction, fixed area, glass construction, screen type, color, handle and lock, edge wrapping, and installation method. For low-rise residences, balconies and pet households, key locks, limiters, and higher-strength screen mesh can be added.
Product Features
WT-93 is a three-track external screen thermal-break sliding window under the E2T new system, integrating the screen mesh into the system track rather than using a post-installed external hanging screen.
Available combinations include three-sash three-track, six-sash three-track, left-right fixed with middle opening, top light, bottom fixed, and large-area combination windows; sash count and layout can be matched to opening span and ventilation requirements.
External screen sash slides independently with a maximum recommended width of about 1300 mm, setting the per-sash width limit for screen panel sizing.
Screen sash is removable for cleaning; maintenance access does not require dismantling the glass sash.
Three-track structure places screen sash on the outdoor side, keeping the indoor side for glass sash and handle operation; indoor handle clearance remains unobstructed.
Screen mesh bending only adds about 18 mm to width with no height increase, defining the dimensional allowance for rough opening sizing.
Adjustable items include fixed glass ratio, mullion position, glass type, screen mesh density, lock, drainage cover color, and edge wrapping; order data can specify finished width/height, sash count, opening direction, fixed area, glass construction, screen type, color, handle and lock, edge wrapping, and installation method.
Tracks include upper anti-swing and anti-theft limit blocks to control sash jump and lifting, relevant for installations exposed to wind uplift or tampering risk.
One-piece outer frame reduces splice seams; tracks use high-low difference and separate chamber drainage with the first drainage position about 200 mm from the side frame and staggered inner and outer holes to reduce wind pressure direct passage.
Zinc alloy drainage covers suppress rainwater backflow and wind noise, applicable for noise-sensitive or heavy-rain environments.
Customizable Styles
Standard glass is 5 mm + 12A + 5 mm double tempered insulated glass with PVDF spacer; optional glass includes Low-E, tinted, coated, laminated, frosted, or motorized blind glass.
Common engineering colors include Quartz Gray, Deep Coffee, Caramel Coffee, Black Crystal, Star Black, Skin Black, and Pearl White.
Extended finishes include wood grain, fluorocarbon, powder coating, and indoor-outdoor dual color.
Single glass active sash common range is width 350–1100 mm and height 500–1600 mm; single fixed glass maximum is about 6 m².
Screen sash maximum recommended width is about 1300 mm, with a screen mesh bending width addition of about 18 mm.
Hardware Accessories
WT-93 under the E2T new system is a three-track thermal-break sliding window configured with a Moor bar lock, upper anti-theft block, and universal transmission with limit accessories.
Custom silent pulleys and stainless steel load-bearing bottom components are included in the track system.
Zinc alloy drainage covers are adjustable in color and work with the separate chamber drainage design.
Three-sash three-track or six-sash three-track combinations are available, with screen mesh integrated into the system track rather than post-installed externally.
Optional key locks and limiters can be added for low-rise residences, balconies, and pet households.

FAQ
What must be confirmed technically before ordering?
The screen mesh is integrated into the system track rather than post-installed as an external hanging attachment. The system uses 93 mm system depth, 1.8 mm profile, and three-track safety mesh, distinguishing it from ordinary two-track light windows.
What should buyers prepare for volume procurement?
Order data should be organized by window number, covering finished width/height, sash count, opening direction, fixed area, glass construction, screen type, color, hardware, edge wrapping, and installation method.
Which product details require confirmation before selection?
Review each window position's configuration requirements before finalizing the order.
Which test reports or certification documents must be confirmed for the project?
Review project requirements and confirm applicable documentation with the supplier before order placement.
Which commercial terms and documents must be confirmed before quotation?
Confirm commercial terms and documentation requirements with the supplier before requesting a quotation.
